Stopped in, for just a night. I got 2 adjoining rooms for me and my sons. They were thrilled that the pool was open til 11 pm. I always stay at Hampton Inn. Love the free breakfast and all the other amenities they offer
The customer service at this hotel is amazing. (We had a car wreck and were dropped off at the hotel while we figured out rental car.) Even though we didn’t spend the night, the manager let us use the lobby, offered snacks, checked on us and was extremely kind and helpful in every way.
Rooms are dated and difficult to control temp (74 degrees was hot but 72 degrees put out very cold air). Smelled like weed and bathroom had hair clump and wrapper on floor. Bed was also offset and metal supports sticking out. Pool was clean but chilly, no hot tub even though website shows one (it's filled in with concrete) which was a bummer. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind. Overall not worth >$150 we paid
This hotel offered a truly relaxing experience. The location is convenient, close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a restful stay. I was impressed by the quality of the facilities and the overall cleanliness. The team at the front desk was particularly professional and welcoming. I would definitely return on my next trip.
Not our best Hampton Inn stay. We are Hilton Honors members and appreciate the service and reliability of Hampton Inns. This one is starting to show its age. I would hope the housekeeping staff would notice the mold growing in the tub caulking and grim collecting in the corners of the bathroom. Carpet needs cleaning. When we arrived at 7:30 PM night the person at the desk DID NOT greet me after I had to buzz to get service or welcome me as a Hilton Honors member. N o conversation what so ever, gave me my key and that was it. She also had a very unprofessional nose ring.
I was a bit apprehensive staying here, after reading some of the reviews. We had a great experience. The parking light was well lit, check-in was easy and quick, our room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was really good, and the staff were very courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.
This hotel is good, is being updated, and has more that needs done. Our room was nice but the carpet and furniture is a little dated. Had to scan the key card four times before I could get in. The mechanical parts are worn and you have to push in the handle gently to open. The back door that is supposed to be locked doesn’t lock. It snowed four inches and they didn’t shovel anything all day.The rooms are clean, bathroom is good, and had a good stay.
Love it will be back often with tons of family In town and we are out of state
